What is Non-Stop Labelling System and how does it work?

System configuration

The system can be based on two applicators, two labeling modules, or automatic feed path switching, managed by a common control system.
Automatic changeover

The heads work interchangeably. The application process switches to the backup module automatically upon detecting end of tape or device error.
On-the-fly operation

Sequence switching occurs without stopping the production line and with optimal minimization of material and product losses.
Intelligent supervision

The advanced controller continuously monitors the readiness status of both devices, ensuring smooth synchronization of applicator operating parameters.
