Dot peen marking
The dot peen marking process involves impacts of a carbide or diamond stylus into the material, creating permanent markings from a series of dots — letters, numbers, graphics, and DataMatrix codes.
Electromagnetic drive
Marking is triggered by controlled electromagnetic pulses, without the use of compressed air, eliminating the need for additional pneumatic infrastructure on the production line.
Integration-ready
The devices are designed for integration into production lines, automated workstations, or other machines, ensuring high marking efficiency in continuous operation.

The way how single peen create a complex data such as letters, digits, graphics or Data Matrix codes made of multiplied dots is basically done by carbide or diamond peen body hit over the surface. This process is run only by electromagnetic impulse, excluding need of compressed air.
