Thermal technology (TIJ)
The system operates on thermal inkjet printing technology, where droplet ejection is generated by a vapor bubble created through a thermal impulse.
Precision and resolution
The devices enable high-resolution marking (up to 600 DPI), ensuring superior print quality for barcodes and 2D codes.
Operational optimization
The design integrating nozzles with the cartridge significantly reduces operational issues. The process eliminates the need for solvents and system flushing.
Application distance
Optimal print precision and sharpness are achieved by maintaining a small distance between the printhead face and the substrate surface (typically in the range of 1-5 mm).
