The Case Packer cartoner is the perfect solution for your packing needs. We have designed and manufactured it to simplify packing individual products into collective cartons. Integrating the Universal Robots collaborative robot, made packing individual packages into cartons much more efficient and precise. Thanks to a specially designed gripper, it is now possible to transfer four products at once, further increasing the overall efficiency of the packing process.
What Case Packer is?
The Case Packer is a machine used for fully automatic packing of products into collective cartons. The cartons are folded in a station after being taken from a dedicated tray and, depending on the application, can be closed with tape or glue.
Cobot assistance
Unlike a standard case packet, the packaging of products is carried out with the help of a Universal Robots cobot, which significantly increases product range. The only limitation becomes the weight and size of the products. Depending on requirements, the completeness of such packed cartons can be verified using a vision system.
Each station has to be individually considered and adapted to the customers range of products and cartons. It is possible to integrate additional equipment, such as labelling or marking.
