What are laser marking stations and how do they work?

  • Class 1 Safety

    The station housing and locking systems ensure compliance with stringent safety limits for accessible radiation, enabling safe operator work.

  • Chamber scalability

    The availability of various size variants (from compact versions to enlarged workspaces) allows for optimal adaptation of the station to the geometry and dimensions of parts.

  • Positioning options

    Integration of controlled axes (X, Y, Z) and rotary tables is optional equipment for the station. Automatic focusing at variable heights requires the use of additional systems.

  • Surface effects

    Depending on the source configuration and parameters, the system performs permanent marking in the form of ablation, engraving, bleaching, foaming or annealing.

Laser marking involves discoloration of the outer shell of the material to obtain a durable, high-quality marking on its surface. Depending on the customer's requirements and the substrate, it can take various forms, including ablation, engraving, discoloration, foaming or annealing.
