Marking on bottles

Types of Marking

Thanks to Domino printers utilizing Continuous Ink-Jet technology, marking bottles is remarkably simple. A wide range of inks allows for marking bottles made of any type of material. The ink is selected based on color and special properties, e.g., resistance to alcohol wipe-off or color change under the influence of temperature. When it comes to markings on glass bottles, inkjet technology can be used as well. However, a very good and durable effect is ensured by laser marking. This process removes one of the surface layers of the material and leaves a legible, non-washable, and abrasion-resistant code on the product packaging.
