Labelling system INTREX SET 3991 PLUS

Using a vibratory feeder, syringe barrels are positioned onto a roller conveyor. A high-performance Intrex200+ labeling head then applies the label onto the product. In the next stage, an advanced Cognex vision system verifies the presence of the pharmacode as well as the accuracy and precision of label application. Any non-conforming product is automatically identified and rejected at the reject station.
